This experienced chef – who previously worked in starred restaurants Ciel Bleu and de Zwetheul – has a passion for modern, seasonal and creative dishes. His style is characterized by the use of pure ingredients, without fuss.

OPENING HOURS

Restaurant Vessel is open from Wednesday to Saturday from 6 PM – 11 PM.

Brasserie Vessel is open on weekdays from 7 AM – 11 PM (and on Saturday and Sunday, we’re open from 8 AM - 11 PM).
